Toitudes mitmek\u00fclgselt, saame olulise osa organismi jaoks vajalikke vitamiine ehk mikrotoitaineid k\u00e4tte toidust. Vaatame l\u00e4hemalt, millised on hammaste ja igemete jaoks olulisemad vitamiinid ning millistes toiduainetes neid leidub.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamiinid m\u00e4ngivad suu\u00f5\u00f5ne tervises olulist rolli, alates hambaemaili tugevdamisest kuni igemehaiguste ennetamiseni. Toome v\u00e4lja neli p\u00f5hilist vitamiini, mille taset organismis peaks hammaste ja igemete heaolu silmas pidades j\u00e4lgima ja vajadusel toidulisandite abil toetama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">C-vitamiin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C-vitamiin on oluline kollageeni toetamiseks. Kollageen on \u00fcks t\u00e4htsamaid ehitusvalke kehas, mis t\u00f6\u00f6tab luude, hammaste, lihaste, liigeste, naha ja muu sidekoe loomisel. Hammaste seisukohast toimib kollageen raamistikuna, mis hoiab igemed terved ja tugevad ning hambad kindlalt paigal. Lisaks on C-vitamiin v\u00f5imas antioks\u00fcdant, mis kaitseb igemekudesid bakterite ja muude kahjulike sissetungijate eest. Kui C-vitamiini tase organismis on madal, v\u00f5ivad igemed muutuda vastuv\u00f5tlikuks veritsusele ja p\u00f5letikule, mis v\u00f5ib viia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.k3hambaravi.ee\/ru\/igemehaigused-mida-saab-nende-ennetamiseks-ise-ara-teha\/\">t\u00f5sisemate igemehaiguste<\/a> ja hammaste v\u00e4ljalangemiseni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igap\u00e4evased C-vitamiini allikad on erinevad tsitrusviljad, maasikad, kiivi, paprika ja tomat. Kuigi C-vitamiinist on organismile palju kasu, v\u00f5ib liigne tarbimine p\u00f5hjustada seedeh\u00e4ireid. Seet\u00f5ttu, kui toidus on C-vitamiini piisavalt, ei ole seda \u00fcldjuhul toidulisandina juurde vaja tarbida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D-vitamiin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D-vitamiin m\u00e4ngib keskset rolli nii meie \u00fcle\u00fcldises tervises kui ka suutervises, aidates kaasa kaltsiumi imendumisele organismis. Kaltsium on mineraalaine, millest 99% paikneb t\u00e4iskasvanul luukoes ja hammastes. Ebapiisav D-vitamiini tase v\u00f5ib p\u00f5hjustada hammaste n\u00f5rgenemist, muutes need hapramaks ja vastuv\u00f5tlikumaks murdude tekkele. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D-vitamiini peamine allikas on p\u00e4ikesevalgus \u2013 UV-kiirguse m\u00f5jul toodab seda meie enda nahk. Toiduainetest sisaldavad rohkelt D-vitamiini l\u00f5he ja tuunikala, munakollane, piimatooted ja seened. See vitamiin on \u00fclioluline limaskestade tervena hoidmiseks, et meie suu toodaks piisavalt s\u00fclge. S\u00fclg on vajalik mitte ainult toidu lagundamiseks, vaid ka bakterite ja toiduosakeste eemaldamiseks hammastelt ja igemetelt.
